Client Consent & Liability Waiver

I, the underssigned, hereby release Yogshri Sound Healing Training & Research Institute (Rishikesh), its therapists, and representatives from any and all contractual obligations related to the sound therapy session.

I fully understand and acknowledge the nature of the sound healing modality using Himalayan singing bowls. I give my informed consent to the therapist to conduct the therapy session, having been thoroughly briefed on the therapy’s methodology, process, and potential outcomes.

I acknowledge that I have been informed about the limitations of the therapy and understand that the effectiveness of the treatment may depend on various external factors, as well as my personal efforts and engagement in the healing process.

Additionally, I consent to the audio or video recording of my session for the purpose of documentation, and I agree that the material may be used as part of educational modules and research work in sound therapy. I understand that I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of these recordings.

By signing this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above, and I voluntarily consent to participate in the sound therapy session.

Terms and Conditions for Sound Therapy Sessions

By booking and attending a Sound Therapy session with Yogshri Healing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Health Disclosure

  • Clients are required to disclose all relevant information regarding their physical, mental, and emotional health prior to the session. This includes any physical ailments, diseases, or medical conditions. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in the termination of the session without refund.
  • Yogshri Healing does not claim or guarantee the diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any medical or psychological condition. The services provided are complementary therapies and are intended to promote relaxation and overall well-being.

2. Allergy and Sensitivity Disclosure

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform us in advance of any known allergies or sensitivities to fragrances, oils, or any other substances that may be used during the session. We will make reasonable accommodations to ensure your comfort, but cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities that arise if not disclosed in advance.

3. Payment Terms

  • Clients are required to pay 100% of the session fee in advance. Payment must be completed before the session is scheduled or confirmed. Failure to provide timely payment will result in the cancellation of the session.

4. Consent for Recording and Use of Session Data

  • By participating in the session, you consent to audio or video recording of the session for promotional purposes and research case studies related to sound therapy. These recordings may be used for marketing, education, or scientific research.
  • You will not receive any financial compensation for the use of these recordings. If you do not consent to recording, please notify us before the session.

5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for any reason once the session is booked and payment has been made.
  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe may result in forfeiting your session fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Yogshri Healing and its representatives will not be held liable for any outcomes, adverse effects, or injuries sustained during or after the session.
  • Clients acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in the session and assume all risks associated with the use of sound therapy and related practices.

7. Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
