Professional Diploma in Sound Healing (Level 1)

It’s my blessings that I had a chance to meet YogShri for the private sound healing. YogShri has an extensive knowledges in both spiritual and scientific aspects to help me understand root cause of my fears; and he was able to use simple stories to explain and also comfort my inner child. His sound healing treatment was very effective, and powerful. Basically, I would describe it was an amazing experience to have his sing bowl sessions. His sound healing treatments helped me feel much more relax and confident; and most importantly was bring in the awareness of self loves, the consistent of feeling positive, and mindfulness. I could feel the improvements after each session. He only used 4 sessions to sort out my problems.

We had been looking for a sound healing session ever since we landed in Rishikesh, and thankfully came across Yogshri Sound Healing on Google. Honestly, we went in with plenty of apprehensions, but it turned out to be an incredible experience—the sound healing session itself was simply ultimate! Even though we knew the session typically lasts around an hour, we ended up staying much longer because we had so many questions. Yogshri was exceptionally patient, taking the time to address every single doubt and query we had. It truly felt like our lucky day finding his page and getting to meet him personally. An absolute must-visit when you are in Rishikesh!

What an incredibly wholesome, heart touching and beautiful training. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Yogshri Sound Healing highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was truly second to none. Everyone from working behind the scenes, or in the training were always there to offer even their time, energy and presence. The support extended far beyond the training itself, Surjit was always there to answer my questions, help organise taxis, arrange alternative accommodation when needed, offer lunch, and make sure I felt cared for every step of the way. His managerial skills, support and guidance made all the difference to me. As someone travelling alone for the first time and managing anxiety, the genuine kindness, warmth, and compassion I experienced made all the difference. It became so much more than a training course, it became a heartwarming experience that I’ll carry with me for a lifetime. The training itself completely exceeded my expectations. Disha and Shailander, Yogshri’s assistant teachers shared not only the practical skills of how to play the bowls and the protocols, but also the incredible wisdom and science behind sound healing. We explored the nervous system, neuroscience, quantum physics/energy, the role of water in the body, Ayurvedic principles, and how to understand and apply different techniques beyond the theory to understand and support each client’s individual needs. It was such a holistic and deeply insightful approach that gave me understanding and insight to practice with understanding rather than simply playing the bowls for a sound session. Their energy, compassion and genuine desire for each student’s growth created a space where I felt safe to learn, heal and expand. They shared not only their knowledge, but also their hearts, and that is something I will never forget. Their presence has left a lasting imprint on my own journey, and I will carry their teachings with me for many years to come. Personally, the experience created so much space within my own system. It was healing in itself, and I left feeling humbled and deeply inspired, with a sadness I’d be leaving such a loving and supportive community and soul family/team. Every detail reflected the care and attention that had gone into creating this training. This has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life, and I will always be grateful for the love, wisdom and care that each of you shared so generously. I am leaving with immense gratitude, a full heart, and so much excitement to begin working with my singing bowls. Thank you, Disha and all of the Yogshri team, for such a beautiful and life-changing experience. I will not forget you 🙏🤍

It was an experience I was meant to have. By the end of the session I felt all the pain in my feet have just vanished and body seems to be so light and relaxed. Conversation with my healer was cherry on top. Everything I am going through and been through to be here made so much sense. If you are in Hrishikesh, i recommend that you try the sound healing session with this institute. I am happy and relaxed that I did this.
